Use of Educational Services

Our websites, digital library, applicant portal, and learning management system are provided for legitimate academic, research, and institutional administrative purposes. Unauthorized access, automated credential harvesting, or malicious misuse is strictly prohibited.

Academic Integrity & Intellectual Property

All academic course materials, syllabi, proprietary examinations, and institutional marks remain the intellectual property of IU International University of Applied Sciences or its faculty licensors. Students retain intellectual property in their original research dissertations, subject to non-exclusive institutional archiving rights for accreditation audits.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland and European Union regulations. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Warsaw, Poland.
