ApplyAcademic Overview
Explore algorithmic trading, blockchain decentralized finance, digital payments architecture, and regulatory compliance (RegTech) in global financial centres. Students earn 2 independent accredited diplomas with a 60% / 40% international credit split. MSc Financial Technology & Digital Banking (Dual Award) is taught as one award, not a list of unrelated modules. The published length is 18 months, and the credit total is 180. Students move from Financial statements in use through Financial statements in use; Valuation and capital; Risk and controls; Finance project; Financial statements in use (MSC-D202); Valuation and capital (MSC-D203), and finish on Risk and controls (MSC-D301). Each course has a question, a method, and a submission. In this field, students read a set of figures, build a small case, and state which assumption moves the result. Reading is financial statements, a recognition note, and a risk report. The artefact a marker expects is a recommendation that separates the decision, the numbers, and the risk. The award is built so that a graduate can do the following in practice: Two master's diplomas recognized across global capital markets in London, Warsaw, and New York Applied quantitative finance projects with real-time market data APIs Executive seminars led by senior fintech founders and City of London strategists Teaching assumes the student can read a source, attempt a problem before the seminar, and revise after feedback. Attendance at live seminars is part of the design. The capstone or final course must use the methods of the earlier courses; a project that ignores them does not pass. This course does not confer an accounting, audit, or financial-services licence. The pages for each course name the topics that are examined. Those topics are the syllabus. A brochure line is not a substitute for them.
The degree is awarded directly by IU International University of Applied Sciences, seated in Warsaw, Poland. Studies are conducted in full alignment with Polish and European academic standards.
