IU International University of Applied Sciences Convenes International Employer Advisory Board for Dual-Degree Programs

To guarantee that all dual-award qualifications maintain the highest level of industry relevance, the IU International University of Applied Sciences has inaugurated its International Employer Advisory Board. The board brings together senior talent partners, chief technology officers, and strategy directors from multinational corporations across London, Warsaw, New York, Frankfurt, and Dubai.

The board meets biannually to review curriculum frameworks, examine emerging skill requirements in generative AI, cloud infrastructure, and ESG compliance, and sponsor applied capstone challenges for dual-degree candidates.

"Employers want to see verified capability and rigorous credentials," said an Advisory Board member from a tier-one global consulting firm. "The dual-award degrees developed by IU and its partner network provide absolute proof of academic rigor, independent research capability, and cross-cultural adaptability."

The board will also oversee an exclusive fast-track recruitment channel for dual-award graduates.
