Residential campus programmes at Prosta 20 in Warsaw strictly observe statutory Polish semester dates and official holidays. Online degree programmes operate under the same European ECTS curriculum standards while allowing working professionals to progress asynchronously with personalized tutorial support and scheduled examination colloquia. All online degrees are 100% tuition-free (€0).
Winter Semester (Semestr Zimowy)
1 October – 15 February
Inaugural academic term for all undergraduate, master's, MBA and doctoral cohorts. Winter examination session held in late January and early February.
Summer Semester (Semestr Letni)
20 February – 30 June
Second academic term. Includes mid-term colloquia, master's seminar presentations, and the summer examination session in June.
Colloquium & Thesis Session
1 July – 30 September
Doctoral dissertation defenses, master's thesis presentations, annual degree congregations at Prosta 20, and autumn resit sessions.
